My guest, Rebecca, is a lovely open young woman who shares information about her life and three different past lives, each experienced in a completely different setting.
This podcast is a bit longer than usual, but I strongly suggest you listen to the end when Rebecca speaks of an unusual orgasmic experience she had, which blew her mind. In any case, she is full of positive energy and very entertaining as she shares what she learned during her regression.
In sharing what she received, she explains the meaning of suffering and how to interact with those who are lost, in pain or struggling. She speaks of anger and how it changes us. Most importantly, we discuss fear, how we create it, how we use it and how to move through it. I am confident you will enjoy Rebecca’s informative and uplifting story.

Watch out for the next podcast, when my guest Sally, a psychic medium and former investment banker, tells us about the unusual way she became spiritually focussed. Sally’s journey will resonate with anyone who has struggled with childhood trauma, bullying, and the temptation to give up.

Hi Karen, first of all, wanted to let you know that your podcasts are wonderful and inspiring, thanks!! I just wanted to expand a little about what Rebecca said about this blanket of fear that is placed on us by our parents and the environment in which we are growing up. Couldn’t agree more with that, but from all your work with past lives, we know that many of the fears we have come from previous lives also. The sum is a composite of these two circumstances.
Thank you Peter for your kind comment. Lately I am receiving a lot of positive feedback from listeners and I am trilled to know that the podcasts are helping folk. Yes I agree that our traumatic triggers can come from current life and past lives and, by clearing them up, the blanket of fear gradually lifts.
Wow! Amazing insight into fear and anger and control. I can now see this in those around me. So important not to be drawn into someone else’s dramas and feelings. Difficult to remain remote and removed from that but so necessary. I understand what you say about being there for people but not trying to fix it for them – supporting your loved ones to learn their life lesson and perhaps learning a lesson yourself. Thank you for this podcast.
Thank you, Helen, for your kind comments and delighted you have had that insight yourself. It is important to allow, to love and acknowledge others journey but not take their issues on ourselves.
