Knowing how to turn loss around is the surprising outcome Erin manages after losing her young husband when she is thirty-two. Over many years, Erin is a Yoga and Meditation teacher. Losing her husband is the challenging experience of her life so far. Generously, her mother gives her the past-life regression as a birthday gift.
During the podcast, she speaks about the loss, her past lives, her fear of heights, her journey to higher realms and much more.
When her husband dies, she is shocked. He was 35, very fit and just collapsed and died. Apparently, her husband had a heart issue as it was diagnosed as arrhythmia. At the time, the age of her children is 4 years and 4 months. Devastated and shocked, she manages to keep herself together and face the future.
How to turn loss around
Since losing her partner, Erin experiences two relationships with men who turn out to be narcissists. She notes her difficulty in speaking her truth. Finally, she meets a nice, kind man and remarries. However, she wonders why her husband passed at such a young age. Was there a reason? Did it have something to do with her?
During the regression, Erin relives two past lives, and, in each, she lets go. Also, she now understands where her fear of falling came from. For a long time, she has tried to be good and discovers why she is carrying guilt. Now, her guides give her wise advice and guidance.
In addition, she meets other passed loved ones which is quite emotional. Later, she learns why her husband passed so young. Unsurprisingly, his passing is related to her spiritual growth.
In the podcast, she shares the most profound experience of the regression. This is her visit to the “space in between” which she accesses when she dies in each of her past lives. Erin beautifully describes this amazing place that awaits us after we die.

Oh my gosh Erin is an amazing woman with so much grace.
I agree, Lynn. I am so fortunate to have wonderful people like Erin sharing their stories with us. Thank you for your kind comment.
Erin was fantastic – so intelligent, open, well versed, curious, honest, aware and willing to be vulnerable. Hearing her regression and what she gleaned from it was very interesting and inspiring – so many lessons and good reminders for me. Her 2 daughters are very lucky to have her as their Mum! I’d love to buy her cards for myself and my clients as soon as they’re available.
Thank you Sharon for you lovely comments. Erin is another wonderful person on her spiritual journey who kindly shared her experience to help others.
Such a heart-felt interview. The way Erin articulates her past-life experiences and her wisdom shared in this life, is really inspiring.
Thank you Shelly. I am sure Erin will appreciate your kind comments. It is a joy to have authentic people, like Erin, on my podcast, knowing that, in sharing their stories, they help others on their soul journeys.
