How to reclaim your power is really something that all of us need to know how to do. My guest, Kelle, is a teacher for deaf children in North America. Unfortunately, I did not give her the notes I make of each regression before our podcast. Consequently, I needed to prompt her occasionally during the podcast.
Fortunately, Kelle has found her path this lifetime. Although, she studied psychology, in practice, counselling arguing couples does not appeal to her. Luckily, she also studies sign language which she loves. After becoming an interpreter, she finds work with the deaf in a very satisfying area. As she says, “now I hold the hand of the mothers and fathers who birth a deaf baby.” Then, she works with the family and child until he or she reaches the age of seven. She adores this work.
After listening to my podcasts, Kelle comes for a regression with me. She explains that asthma is her major issue, suffering it all her life. Generally, she is curious about regressions because a relative experiences one and recommends it. Specifically, she wonders why she has always had asthma.
How to reclaim your power
During the regression, Kelle relives two devasting past lives. During the podcast, she explains what happens to her. These past lives affect her physical health, including having asthma in her current life. However, she suffers another common problem. Although she is a loving soul, she carries the issue of not feeling good enough.
Also, she suffers from some childhood trauma that plays a part in her lack of self-esteem. She admits she seeks love by helping and pleasing others. Her guides explain that her lack of self-care and self-love are playing a role in her asthma. Although, we resolve the past lives issues that she has carried over into her current life, there is more work for her to do. Consequently, she can reclaim her power by being open to love, love from others and love for herself. In practice, this means pulling back on helping others so much and focusing more on herself and her own needs.
