Past life trauma is still present in our current life, whether we are aware of that or not. During her regression, Karen becomes fully aware of its hold. Like me, Karen’s second name is Joy. I explain to her what that means. “Karen” means pure and “Joy” speaks for itself. We feel privileged to have this name.
Also, like Karen, I have had many past lives bleeding into my current life. Naturally, it is a great relief to have them now resolved.
Currently, Karen has a fear of heights and a strong discomfort with underground car parks. Unfortunately, she also suffers from a mild form of OCD, obsessive, compulsive disorder. As a psychologist, I know this is related to anxiety. Generally, Karen’s manifests when driving to work. Obviously, a clue to her stress. She looks for specific objects as a distraction mechanism.
Most importantly, Karen’s biggest problem is her relationship. For years, she has been struggling with her relationship with her husband. Married for decades, she hopes to explore their past life connection and the agreement for this life. She feels she is open, while he is not. Therefore, she knows little about him. As well, she feels she is sacrificing her true self and knows this does not auger well for their future together. Also, she is medicating with alcohol and this, plus the stress, is sapping her strength and energy.
Past life trauma is present in our current lives
During her regression, Karen, with the help of her guide Aya, switches on a deep understanding of several relationships in her current life. Most significantly, her relationships with her father and husband are addressed. Also, we resolve the past lives behind her fear of heights and her fear of underground car parks.
Altogether. Karen experiences five past lives during her regression. Each significant in its own way. Therefore, much is expressed and resolved.
In the podcast, she reports that stepping into her power as her authentic self has ruffled a few feathers. However, she is deeply grateful for all she has learned and shifted.
