Episode 40: How to Emerge from Depression

Listen to podcast

How to emerge from depression is a need running through the life of my guest, DK. In this podcast, DK gives us a glimpse of earlier experiences in his current life. Back then, he was suffering deep depressions and suicidal tendencies.

Three years before doing a regression, DK first contacts me after standing on a chair with a rope around his neck. I spend over an hour on the phone with him discussing his problems, our life between lives and our mutual interest in the information in the Seth books. Perhaps this is a turning point because, since then, he has found his path out of his suicidal tendencies.

In the past, DK has struggled with alcoholism (sober since 1999), a past diagnosis of bipolar disorder (resolved 1999) and many episodes of suicidal depression before finding some peace. However, before coming for the regression, DK is struggling with feeling flat and anxious, particularly on waking.

Recently, his mother died. Unfortunately, a relative is aggressive and verbally abusive towards DK during her passing. This surfaces feelings of self-doubt, imposter syndrome and lack of direction regarding his proposed online business.

How to emerge from depression

Recently, DK has changed his name to express the powerful changes he’s made in his life to find more peace. However, DK has visited several past lives before. Specifically, one is significant because it surfaces twice, earlier in his life. The first time, he became aware of it is fifteen years ago. Unfortunately, it remains unresolved. This time he is ready to resolve it, which occurs in a surprisingly novel way.

At the end of the podcast, DK shares his purpose. He is called to help others who are struggling with depression and related issues. Reading, studying and reflecting on his personal experiences has armed him with the ability to guide others out of despair and misery. If you need help, you can contract DK by email. Yes David I have had positive feedback right at the start. My sound engineer must have really liked it because he rarely comments but on a note he left with the USB he wrote,” last one was a cracker.”
      That is encouraging.
