Nisa, an executive director of Biodiversity Conservation in Haiti, had experienced two previous past life regressions with other practitioners and was keen to undertake a life between lives regression.
Nisa had meditated long periods every day for many years, so both she and I were bewildered when she made little progress once she was in the trance. She’d made the appointment with me for two reasons, to see her dog who had recently passed over and to understand why her heart felt closed.
When the answers did eventually start coming, they were quite a surprise. She had fallen into a trap that many spiritually focussed people easily fall into.
In my next podcast, my guest, DK, gives us a glimpse of his life of deep depressions and suicidal tendencies that he eventually overcame. Since then he has found his path and is now aligned with his true self. DK has recently changed his life and his name and I believe you will enjoy hearing how he has done it. The past life he visited during the regression is significant because it has surfaced twice before in his life, first fifteen years ago. This third time he was ready to resolve it, which happened in a very novel way.

Loved this podcast. I kept nodding my head when Nisa was talking about her experiences with meditation.
I started meditating a few months ago and it has made a big difference in my life.
My life couldn’t be more different to Nisa’s. I live in a comfortable house in the countryside with a loving family. I have so much to be grateful for in my country of Australia.
It is so right that the only way to transform the world is to transform ourselves first. To love yourself first and then you can give love to others. And everyone deserves to be loved.
Easier said than done but I’m up for the challenge.
Thanks again Karen for your podcasts
Dear Fiona. Thank you for your comments. I am glad to know your experience resonates with Nisa’s. Yes we have much to be grateful for when we live in a peaceful country with many advantages like Australia. I am hoping the podcasts help people realise that the real work needed to create peace, joy and a sense of safety in us is the inner work that you referred to. Instead of focussing on trying to change the outer world we need to personally clear our inner blocks so we can be our true self, that is, a wise being full of love, joy and inner strength.
