Episode 22: Regression vs Ayahuasca

In this episode, my guest is Christopher, a Health Coach, who shares his use of the plant medicine, Ayahuasca, and how those ceremonies compare with his regression.

During his regression, Chris met a grey Alien who identified as his guide. Chris recalls that aliens have presented to him before. This guide explained why he came in that form but, interestingly, Chris had forgotten that. During our conversation, I reprise him of that information by referring to the notes of his regression.

Chris recalls his experiences of two powerful past lives which are very different, actually opposite ends of the spectrum, but both are positive and informative. He receives important messages about attaining balance and continuing to evolve on his spiritual path as he moves forward. I found this message relevant to me and imagine it will also be helpful to others.
