How to recover from debilitating anxiety is what my guest, Bronte, a photographer, hopes to achieve when she comes for a regression. Bronte, a young woman in her late twenties, says she is struggling with life and then describes why.
“I’m constantly wanting to die. I’ve tried medication, I’ve tried psychologists and therapists. I’ve tried gym, exercise, eating healthy, meditation, natural medications. Nothing is working and I’m suffering every single day.”
Although her mother suffered anxiety in her teens, Bronte has an open loving family. However, Bronte cannot understand where her overwhelming stress and anxiety comes from. Obviously, she feels confused, thinking it must be unconscious and possibly from a past life.
Bronte notices her anxiety is worse in crowds. Therefore, she hates going into shopping centres and struggles with working for and with others. Photography, as a contractor, works best for her.
Also, she avoids making eye contact with anyone. During the regression, I ask her why. “Judgement” she says. Then, I give her a suggestion. “Go to the worst situation where someone is being judged.” Immediately, she is in an ancient scenario that we later discover is a past life of hers.
How to recover from debilitating anxiety
Although the situation in the past life is extremely challenging, we discover why Bronte was carrying so much anxiety. Even though her past life is a shock, Bronte is brave and courageous to relive it, and the outcome is changing her life. She tells us how her anxiety is greatly released and her fear of crowds is gone.
Later in the regression, Bronte discovers why she has felt so lost in her current life and why she has struggled so much. After happily connecting with her soulmates on another dimension far away, they give her important information which is very freeing. Her soulmates become an incredible support for her in her current life.
