How to understand alien contact is something that my guest, Jeff, did not manage for many years. In fact, he blocked it out as much as he could. However, many strange esoteric experiences surface throughout his life. Jeff, an accountant and financial advisor, is very logical and grounded. Obviously, he is not the type of person one expects to have such experiences as well as having extra-terrestrial life-forms visit. 

Jeff’s esoteric experiences are not the reason he came for a regression. For some time, he felt it was time to exit several businesses that no longer served him. However, he could not. Something kept him hanging on. 

Jeff shares his experience of living several past lives including dying as a Japanese woman, which greatly surprised him. Also, he relives past lives as a noble lord weighed down with responsibility and as a child who’d lost his family to sabertoothed tigers. In different ways, these unexpected past lives resonated strongly with his current life challenges. For many people, feelings of responsibility from unresolved past lives can play a role in hanging on and not giving up on projects.

How to understand alien contact

Jeff experienced contact with three aliens (Greys) when he was only thirteen. The alien leader turns up again during his regression. Although, Jeff blocked out the original visit for many years, the memory surfaces years later. Fortunately, he told a close friend at the time and he calls him. During the podcast, Jeff shares what his friend said and what the alien leader told us. He had an important message for humanity. 

At one time in his life, Jeff was so confused about aliens that he wrote to Whitley Strieber, the well know author of the non-fiction book Communion which is about his close contact with non-human entities. Surprisingly, Whitley responded to Jeff, explaining that Jeff’s experiences were quite typical of alien contact.
