Podcast update written in September 2026. 

I started my podcast, “Exploring Past Lives with Karen Joy” in late 2021. At the time, there were few podcasts about past lives. Although, I did find a few about practitioners who conduct regressions and write books about past lives, like those on my Media page. 

However there were no podcasts where ordinary people share their experiences of reliving past lives.

Soon after, I asked some of my clients if they would like to share their experiences on a podcast. Notably, my clients are growing spiritually, developing wisdom and are also community minded. In fact, they are generous, caring people. In other words, they like to help. Naturally, I was thrilled when the first people I asked accepted.

I decided to call my podcast, Exploring Past Lives with Karen Joy

I chose this title simply because it explained exactly what I was doing. In the podcast, I planned to interview people about their regressions, including their past lives. 

Over the last five years, I have completed over sixty podcasts and over fifty thousand people have listened to them. Most listeners are in the USA and Australia. However, people from 112 countries have listened to the podcast, including unexpected places such as Chile, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Russia and the UAE.

Podcast update

Doing these podcasts each month is an amazing experience. Clients talk about their experiences during and after the regression. Therefore, I discovered how varied their experiences were with some similarities and many differences. Some aspects were unexpected. For some clients, a connection opened up with their spirit guide. Consequently, information kept coming. Many people shared how their lives had changed, often in profoundly meaningful ways. Their trust in themselves, their guides and their purpose became stronger. 

As I listen to the generous people who agree to participate, I admire how each person conveys the information in their own way.  Some are gentle, others enthusiastic, some matter of fact. It is a gift to hear them express their truth in their own natural way. Listening, I find each story is unique and each guest is special. Of course, the word “special” comes from the same root as “species”. Here, we are on the planet to express our truth in our own special way. We are our own individual species, meaning every one of us is unique. No one is the same. And no one who has ever lived on planet is the same. In truth, this means every one of us is special. 

Naturally, I am very grateful for those people willing to share their stories. Sharing our stories helps others. People can discover blocks to wealth and happiness, lack of trust, fear of death, relationship challenges. Anything that resonates is meaningful, and gives you an opportunity to seek remedies and resolution.

Our lives are easier when we have a greater understanding of our own life journey.
