Let go when overburdened with responsibility is what my guest, Jane, learns from her two regressions. Jane, an engineer, feels overburdened with responsibility. However, she doesn’t give this as her reason for undertaking a regression. In fact, she thinks she is coming just out of curiosity.

Early in life, Jane always feels that there is more to life than what is visible as the material world. As a child, she has access to a special person who has psychic abilities. From them, she knew she could see more than what is visible on the surface.

As an adult, she became interested in astrology and studied it. Later she came across Michael Newton’s books. Later, she sought a practitioner to experience a past life regression and a life between lives regression herself.

Overburdened with responsibility

From very young, Jane was self-reliant and always worked hard at whatever she was doing. Because she was competent, her family grew to depend on her.  She felt she had to be the responsible one, to always do the right thing. 

Older, she had her own family. Now she felt she had to focus on them and provide for them. It was a constant load and worry. 

Interestingly, she didn’t realise how much she felt weighed down with her heavy attitude until she did the regression. During the regression, she starts seeing how much her identity is caught up in being a hard worker. This is helped by re-living four past lives.

As they unfold, each past life is different and unusual, but tied together with a common theme. Now, she sees what she needs to do to find her freedom.

During the podcast, she becomes aware of one other curious issue. She has never stepped into her femininity. Since adolescence, she hasn’t felt attractive Also, she doesn’t use make-up or lipstick and is reluctant to dress up and express any femininity. In another past life, she makes a fascinating connection between this past life and her unusual behaviour as a female in her current life. 

Finally, in her second regression, she accesses her life between lives. In the podcast, she describes this life changing experience.
