What’s it like to die? My podcast guest, Lynette, is very curious about both life and death. Lynette is a dynamic, happy, well adjusted academic who laughs a lot and is generally joyful. Recently, I spoke to Lynette again. In the beginning, she came for a regression out of curiosity. However, she declares that her perspective on life has changed as a result of the regression. .
Happily, Lynette has completely lost her fear of death. Now, even when loved ones and others are suffering, she feels more at peace than she did before the regression. Although she is still compassionate, she finds she can more easily accept their struggles. Consequently, she is very aware that each of us are on a journey and always have something important to learn. In addition, she sees the reason for this fortunate change as coming from the experiences she had during her regression.
What ‘s it like to die?
In the first past life, she is a maid and raped by her master. Obviously, she becomes angry, upset and bitter. When she gets the opportunity, she kills him and burns down his house. In spite of her guilt, she escapes. Now, the maid becomes lost. However, an orb appears and guides her to a village. There she goes on to have a happy life.
After she passes, she rises up into the higher realms and meets a soul she didn’t expect to see. Her excitement is palpable.
During the podcast, she explains how she experiences her regression. Her visuals are strong, but her emotions are even stronger. Even if she wished to doubt what she receives, she says she cannot. Overall, she decides it all makes sense and must be real.
Most importantly, her death during her past life is very powerful. Fortunately, her experience of dying is so unexpected, it completely changes her view about death.
Ultimately, she feels the past life and the other information she receives is responsible for her new peaceful perspective on life and death. She now sees joy all around her and is full of gratitude.

My favourite regression podcast yet. Lynette discussed her experiences and emotions (in her current and past lives) with such honesty and humour. Thank you Lynette!
Thank you Sally. Lynette was a lot of fun to talk to. She has a joyful, positive energy, and brave too. I am incredibly lucky to have wonderful people like Lynette and others willing to share their experiences to help others understand the power of past life regressions.
