Episode 38: How to Stand Up for Myself

Listen to podcast

How do I stand up for myself is something we all need to learn. My podcast guest, Karen, discovers how important this is during her regression.

Even in childhood, Karen believed in past lives. She recalls being in Grade seven and being asked if she was religious and saying she believed in reincarnation.

For many years, Karen is a high school teacher. However, she gradually becomes disillusioned with the education system. Like many teachers, she finds the “industrialised” education system is not working for her or for her students. Luckily, some students sense she is a bit left field and come to her to talk about spiritual issues. Therefore, Karen feels like an “undercover spiritual warrior.”

Over the last twelve years, Karen is teaching while looking after her parents. First, her mother and then later her father. Eventually, she needs to take leave to look after her father as he deteriorates.

Happily, Karen feels greatly privileged to have the opportunity to look after her parents. Therefore, she believes that caring for our parents is one of the most beautiful things we can do in life.

After her father dies, she finds she cannot bring herself to go back to teaching.  Therefore, she comes for a life between lives regression to help find her way.

How to stand up for myself

At the beginning of the trance, she is walking on train tracks. The next minute, she is under the train. Suddenly, she moves into her life between lives. Somone asks her if she is ready for the truth. Naturally, she now says “yes.”

While immersed in her life between lives, she discovers why she chose to become deaf. Also, she finds herself guided to the ancient library of Alexandria (burnt in 48 BCE) which still exists on the other side. This library holds infinite knowledge that anyone can access.

She is shocked by the past life she relives. However, she learns that this past life is significant and closely related to the purpose of her current life.

Nisa, a biodiversity expert shares her life between lives regression that started off quite bewildering. However, when the answers started coming they are quite a surprise. Nisa had fallen into a trap that spiritually focussed people can too easily fall into.
