Seeking to understand chronic illness can be helpful if you are suffering. In this podcast, my guest, Kim, is a retired administrator. Three years ago, in 2018, Kim came to me for two regressions. One day, I bump into Kim at a charity function and mention my podcast. After hearing that, she is keen to participate. Excited to be a help to others, she describes her regression experience as “stunning.”
Originally, hen Kim came for her two regressions, her focus is on an important health issue that is quite debilitating. Unfortunately, she suffers from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Her doctors tell her that her digestive system struggles to process food. Like many people these days, she believes emotional issues impact our physical body. Naturally, she is curious to discover the source of her problem
How to understand chronic illness
During her first regression, Kim accesses a life as a wife with a nice husband and two cherished children. While the wife is at home, the rest of the family perish in a horrid accident. The wife is devastated and soon dies.
Kim meets her Gandalf-like spiritual guide, Jeffrey. Suddenly she connects to a great deal of spiritual wisdom. When we ask why this information is available now, he responds. “A challenge will emerge in her future that she needs to accept. This information will help.”
In subsequent lives, we learn that Kim has had several past lives of being vicious, selfish and arrogant. In fact, in one past life, she deliberately steals to set someone up. When that doesn’t work, she blames a servant. An excutioner disembowels this innocent servant. However she is heartless, thinking that servants are worthless.
Later in the regression, we ask about her purpose on the planet. Jeffery tells her she needs to be kind because practising being kind is important. Doing so will open everything up, and more will be revealed later.

Kim thanks for sharing your regression.
What great insights you have had, and now integrating into your present life. The subconscious knows where it needs to go for healing. I am grateful to hear that this regression has improved your health in this life. Regards Deb
Thanks for acknowledging the generosity of Kim in sharing her experience, Deb. The people I interview for the podcast, do so to help others. They are lovely, caring people.
