My guest is Kylie who did both a past life regression with me and a life between lives regression. Kylie came for her first regression with some serious issues. Unfortunately, she suffers from chronic fatigue and a constant pain in her left leg which seems to have no cause. As well, she is still carrying guilt from a termination of a pregnancy she initiated twenty years earlier. Even though she has tried, she struggles to find forgiveness for herself so she can get over this loss.
The power of self-forgiveness
In the podcast, Kylie shares two past lives. In the first one, she is the victim of murder. Interestingly, she finds it easy to forgive the perpetrator, a soulmate. However, in the second past life, in which she is a man, she feels at fault for an injury he endures and the consequential downfall that he and his family suffers.
In fact, this past life is playing a role in Kylie’s current life. She discovers that with her family and with her friends, she takes on more responsibility than is actually warranted. Fortunately, Kylie’s guide, Bran, appears and shows Kylie how to let go and the power of self-forgiveness.
Visiting her life between lives
Later in the podcast, Kylie explores her life between lives. I would call this a classic LBL because she visits her soul group, the library and the planning centre. Kylie is curious to know who, in her current life, is in her soul group. Now, surrounded by family members, she discovers that some are in a close group and others in nearby clusters.
Next, she finds herself in the library, often called the Akashic records. She shares how this appears to her, knowing that each of us experiences the afterlife library in idiosyncratic ways. Finally, she is taken to the planning centre where she learns more about her family relationships. Most importantly, she shares what she will be doing when she returns Home at the end of her life.
Kylie also explains the amazing positive changes, including the power of self-forgiveness, that she has experienced since her regressions.

That was a great discussion and covered so many challenges that many of us face. It provided some really good food-for-thought about the bigger picture. Thanks Kylie!
