Booking a Zoom Regression

When you make your booking below, you will be taken to a scheduling program. Please make sure you use the time zone where you will be when you actually have the session. Then you will have the correct time of the appointment on your confirmation emails. If your location changes before the session, you can update it via links in the confirmation emails you receive.

Please read this information about Zoom Sessions even though it is repeated in reminder emails you will receive after you are booked. You might want to save the link to this page as a back up.

If you have any problems logging on, call me on 61 488 634 222 if you are outside of Australia, or use 0488 634 222 if you are in Australia. Please use this number too if we lose our connection during the session.

Once we are both logged on, we will talk for a while before you lie back comfortably on the chair, bed or sofa in a position where I can see you. Some people are fine in dimmed lights and some like to wear an eye mask. The session takes 3 hours altogether so you need to ensure you will not be interrupted.

We record the session on Zoom, which I send to you later via Dropbox. If you are a subscriber of Zoom, you can record it at your end but you need to remind me to give you permission. I usually take some notes and I can send these to you after the session.

Please use speaking headphones or earphones/pods. You are spending good money for the session and I really need to hear you as clearly as possible. Zoom works well when we can hear each other clearly and this helps you get the best out of the session.

Please note that the link Preparation and Payment in your confirmation email is important. It includes useful material to help you prepare for your regression, including an article on hypnosis, a recording for hypnosis practice and details on paying any balance of the fee. Please remember to prepare for your session. 

Rescheduling, Cancellation and Payment

I only do around three sessions a week and having people cancel or reschedule not long before their appointment is not viable for me or the people who wish to see me. It often means that appointment slot will not be filled because people need to plan ahead to travel to see me for these long sessions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible and at least fourteen days before the appointment. If not, you need to keep your appointment or your payments will not be refunded. I am sorry I have to put this regimen in place but experience has taught me that it is necessary. I suggest you note this deadline date in your diary, which is two weeks and one day before your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment using the button in the emails you receive BUT only if it is more than fourteen full days before your scheduled appointment.  If it is less than fourteen days before your scheduled appointment, the  Scheduling App will not respond to the proposed change.

Cancellation:  If you cancel, the booking fee is not refundable. The rescheduling app will only let you cancel a full two weeks (14 complete days)  before your appointment. If you have cancelled a full two weeks before the appointment and paid the full amount, I will refund the $450 balance. Please let me know if this is the case as the refund usually isn’t processed into your bank account for a week and I would like to make sure it is repaid promptly.

Re Payment: You can pay the full amount when you book, knowing you can reschedule at least two weeks before your appointment. If you have only paid the booking fee, you need to have paid the full amount of the regression ($550)  a full fourteen before your appointment. The booking fee is included in the full fee so the balance is $450. Payment ensures your appointment will be held for you.

You have several choices to pay the balance. You can pay the balance all at once or you can pay the balance in staggered instalments as long as the balance is paid a full two weeks before your regression. 

There are several options for payment direct Debit, Paypal or Credit Card. Information about payment is in the emails you will receive. Please notify me of any payments by text or email. I want to make sure your appointment is held once you have paid.
