In this episode, my guest, Lynette, is an academic. Lynette is a dynamic, happy, well adjusted individual and I greatly enjoyed doing this podcast with her, which is full of laughter. I spoke to her again very recently and she said that even though she came for a regression simply out of curiosity, her perspective on life has changed.
Her fear of death is completely gone and, even when loved ones and others around her are suffering, her feelings are different to what they were before the regression. She is still compassionate, but now she finds herself at peace with their struggles. She knows they are on a journey and have something important to learn.
She is convinced the past life and the other information she received is responsible for this new peaceful perspective on life. She now sees joy all around her and is full of gratitude.
I am extremely grateful that she agreed to share her journey with all of us.
Watch out for the next podcast, when my guest, Tina, outlines her struggles with some family issues and a feeling of being unfulfilled. Tina accesses a past life which has had a devastating hold on her which is gradually released.

My favourite regression podcast yet. Lynette discussed her experiences and emotions (in her current and past lives) with such honesty and humour. Thank you Lynette!
Thank you Sally. Lynette was a lot of fun to talk to. She has a joyful, positive energy, and brave too. I am incredibly lucky to have wonderful people like Lynette and others willing to share their experiences to help others understand the power of past life regressions.
