In this podcast, my guest is Ava, a beautiful young woman who could easily connect with spirit. Ava came to see me carrying confusion and anxiety which she wanted to address. She had struggled during her teens and had lacked self-care. During the regression, she met a spirit, an alcoholic man very isolated and dejected. She also went back to a difficult year in her childhood and comforted her younger self. One other stuck spirit was rescued during the session.  Ava shares other uplifting experiences illustrating her ability to connect with her guides and others in spirit.
