In this podcast, my guest is Sharon, a psychologist and hypnotherapist, who is now focussed on doing past life and spiritual regressions. In her regression, Sharon experiences a powerful past life which has been bleeding into her current life, affecting her relationship with one of her sons. She also moves easily into her life between lives, meeting her guide, surprisingly, a relative who died not long after she was born. We learn that clearing up emotional baggage from our physical lineage can be a difficult but very important task to help us moved forward in our current lives. This is especially true when we are called, as Sharon is, to help others to release remnants from their past and align with their true selves. 

Watch out for the next podcast, when my guest is Ava, a beautiful young woman who is easily able to connect with spirit. Ava came to see me carrying confusion and anxiety which she wanted to address. During the regression, she went back to an incident from her current life when she met a lost spirit, an alcoholic man, very isolated and dejected. She also went back to a difficult year in her childhood and comforted her younger self. One other stuck spirit was rescued during the session.Ava shares other experiences which indicate her ability to connect with the other side.
