In this podcast, my guest is a colleague, James Hands, who is a Psychologist, Hypnotherapist and Regressionist in private practice for 30 years. James has personally experienced regressions himself and shares two personal past lives with us.
In this podcast we discuss the nature of our work in helping our wonderful clients overcome trauma, loss and distraction so they can find a way to self love and acceptance as well as a robust connection to Spirit.
James has also been called to write a book which I believe will help many people seeking to clear any past traumas, from their current life and/or other lives, and wishing to find loving connection to Spirit. His wonderful book is called From Trauma Survivor to Spiritual Warrior. It will be out in November 2025.
